What the pinnacle pipeline program essentially does is take success out of the hands of fate and puts it into more of an algorithmic approach where we can manipulate the variables to achieve a more favorable outcome. We believe we can cultivate the characteristics of success and empower youth with the tools needed to achieve their goals. We not only plant the seeds of success but we can incubate them as well. Resulting in individuals whom are geared to reach new potentials previously perceived as unattainable. Success is not fate, it’s a system. Show them what success looks like, give them what they need to become successful and empower them with the tools to achieve their goal and watch the opportunities unlock.
Pinnacle Pipeline
The Pinnacle Pipeline Program is a program geared toward building a pipeline to help our youth achieve the pinnacles in their lives. We created the Pinnacle Pipeline Program in an effort to take action against the School-to-Prison Pipeline which, due to the public school’s zero tolerance policy, is a process of criminalizing youth that then puts students into contact with law enforcement for disciplinary reasons, and are then pushed out of the educational environment and into the juvenile and criminal justice systems. Through N.A.P.’s Pinnacle Pipeline Program, students have a chance to overcome opportunity gaps available to their peers. We believe that success is algorithmic and can be created and replicated with the correct input and stimuli. Using this formula for success we will change the community by transforming those in which will inherit it, thus leaving the world a better place than how we found it.

Game Plan
A sports and athletic driven program. Engaging the students in sports and activities alike helps them to not only remain active but also teaches them social skills like verbal and non-verbal communication. It also teaches them leadership skills, teamwork, discipline, and the importance and effects of hard work.
Visio Dei
Our tech integration via media and photography. Not only does this give them positive outlets to express themselves and explore their creativity, they will also be able to explore their aptitude in budding fields like web design and media marketing. They will be able to gain valuable skills and experiences, but walk away with the abilities, knowledge and connections to become entrepreneurs of their own.
